Station, situated at a distance of 24 Kms from Head Quarters,
lies on the Thiruvannamalai Main Road. It is the North west
Border Police Station in the Union Territory of Puducherry. The
area under this Police Station is mainly Agricultural oriented. Thirukkanur market
is only bazaar catering the needs of about 20 Villages nearby.
People from almost in all neighboring villages use to visit
